OPEN DAY

The school is permanently `open' for parents to visit and discuss their child's work. No problem is considered as being too trivial. Please ensure that a request to see a teacher is transferred to the Secretary first. Teachers are not available during the times of 8.45 am - 3.20 p.m. Before and after these times teachers are available to see you by appointment.

Parents will receive a formal invitation to school on the following occasions: -

  1. Open Days – November and March. In July, all parents can request an appointment to discuss their child’s end of year report.
    All parents are invited to visit the school to
    1. view their child's books and any other work on display
    2. discuss with the class teacher and head teacher, their child's progress and any problem he/she may be experiencing.
  2. Christmas Celebrations - December
    All parents are invited to attend the school Christmas musical celebrations.
  3. Sports Day - July
    Our annual sports day is held on the school field. Parents are welcome to come and watch the children compete in a number of events.
  4. Pupil's Reports
    Parents will receive a written report on their child's achievements in July of each academic year.
